Ben McDonald-Landry, BSc
Data Analyst – Earth Science and Statistics

As a graduate with a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences and a minor in Statistics from Dalhousie University, Ben is well-versed in reading and writing scientific literature and proficient in data collection, organization, analysis, and visualization.

His academic background covers core disciplines such as sedimentology, mineralogy, and geochemistry, with a focus on hydrological, environmental, and climate change research.

He is eager to contribute to solutions for GHG emissions and anthropogenic climate change.

Sara Wong, BSc
Carbonate Chemistry and Community Engagement

A First-Class Honours B.Sc. graduate in Oceanography from Dalhousie University, Sara has conducted research on air-sea CO2 flux estimates, analyzed elemental carbon data, and explored nutrient impacts on oyster survival.

She is a skilled data analyst, has presented at the Canadian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society, and has diverse mentorship and teaching experience.

Stephen Likely
Head of Process

An experienced product leader specializing in custom solutions for clients in oceantech, defense, optics, and satellite communications, Stephen is adept in aligning product strategy with organization goals.

His experience in chemical and process engineering in a start-up environment includes successfully scaling early-stage research from the lab bench through to the design and commissioning of a new manufacturing facility.

Stephen is a registered EIT with Engineers Nova Scotia, and has also held several leadership positions with a local charity.
